Sourcing

We source high-quality fabrics, trims, accessories, and embellishments from trusted suppliers. Our sourcing team ensures timely procurement, competitive pricing, and compliance with material standards for durability and comfort.

Cutting

Using precision cutting techniques and CAD marker planning, fabrics are cut accurately in bulk to minimize wastage and ensure uniformity. Each panel is labeled and checked before moving to the stitching floor.

Stitching

Our skilled tailors and advanced stitching units assemble the garments efficiently. Multiple quality supervisors inspect during this process to ensure stitching strength, finishing, and adherence to design specifications.

Quality Check

Every garment undergoes rigorous quality inspection for measurements, stitching, finishing, trims attachment, and wash standards. We ensure zero defects before approving for final packing.

Packing & Dispatch

Finished products are steam ironed, tagged, packed as per buyer specifications (hanger packing, flat packing, branded packaging), and prepared for dispatch with accurate documentation and timely logistics coordination.
